Episode 6: I’m not raising kids, I’m raising empires

This episode was very insightful, Casey has so much to share, and we have so much to learn from her :

  • Transitioned from the Mental Health field to Fitness

  • Is a disable combat veteran

  • Has battled with infertility which made her realized that if “She is not raising kids, she is raising empires”

  • Has battled anxiety and depression

  • Has taken many courses and came with conclusion, that courses make you feel stupid because they are targeted to a specialty

  • Multi-passionates do not fit the traditional method of coaching

  • Millennials and Mental Health: our generation had to learn to understand all the mental issues by ourselves, unlike Gen Z which have been diagnosed early in their life

  • Don’t regret stuff, learn from your failures and messes

  • We have to learn lessons in an ugly way

  • Her super power is having “a tool in her toolbox”. Meaning that you are more powerful by diversifying, by having multiple skills

Casey’s Advice: if its not working keep testing and re-testing, set boundaries, and fins your limits
